Personal Information

Name, email address and chosen passwords are saved on a central database when you register, this is so we can advise you of the status of an order placed or contact you for marketing purposes, if you have opted into this. No other personal information is stored on our website. You are able to update and edit this information at any time by accessing ‘My Details’ on the left toolbar. You may also control if you are contacted for marketing purposes when you first register on the site.

A secure server is used, which encrypts all payment information you input before it is sent and to ensure that any personal information (such as address, telephone numbers or email given when placing an order) is stored securely.

Financial information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil your orders. Financial information is held on a secure database with restricted access. These security measures prevent unauthorised release of, or access to, personal information

All information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our finance department or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
