3. Payment

3.1 You can pay by any Visa or Mastercard credit card, Switch/Maestro or Delta debit card, or American Express. Your credit or debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Alternative methods of payment such as cheque are acceptable although goods will not be despatched until a cheque is cleared.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery costs to the UK and abroad are shown on this website.

4.2 We will do our best to secure delivery but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. Please refer to this website for specific terms on delivery.

5. Returns

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with the books you receive please return them to us within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund for the cost of the book if in its original condition. The cost of delivery will be refunded as well if the book was damaged on arrival or if you did not receive the book you ordered. The debit/credit card used to purchase the book will receive a refund within 7 days. Hammicks account customers will receive a credit note within 7 days in cancellation of their invoice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Cancellations

6.1 After your order has been submitted, you can cancel your order up until the item has been despatched. To cancel an order, please send the details of your order to email address fleetstweb@hammicks.com.

7. Liability
