Forms can be downloaded and completed showing your details but must be signed by your head of chambers with an original signature only. The relevant forms must be taken into your nearest Hammicks Legal Bookshop or sent to us in the post to the address below, along with full payment. The form will then be authenticated and the fulfilment address for updates to be supplied must be your barristers' chambers. The offer is limited to one copy of each title per customer.
